​A gentle practice focusing on developing strength in a safe and appropriate way, while inviting feelings of ease and spaciousness by stretching areas that commonly become tight during pregnancy. Expect pranayama, mantra, techniques for active birth, and Yoga Nidra. No prior experience required.
